Terms of Service

Autism Anchor is operated by Redfox Media, LLP, registered in Tamil Nadu, India. Our registered address is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Questions: hello@autismanchor.com
The short version
You use Autism Anchor to organize information about your child. We store it securely, we never sell it, and it's always yours to take with you. We charge $9.99/month or $99/year after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time.
1. Who this is for
Autism Anchor is for parents and caregivers of children with autism or related developmental differences, primarily in the United States. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account can cover multiple children in your family. Don't share your account with people outside your household.
3. Your data
Everything you log — behavior entries, IEP records, insurance claims, provider details, your child's emergency profile — belongs to you. We don't read it, sell it, share it with insurers or schools, or use it to train AI models.
You can export all of it at any time, including after you cancel. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems — not archived, not retained.
For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription and payment
The free trial lasts 14 days. No credit card is required to start. On day 14 we'll ask if you want to continue.
If you subscribe, you'll be charged $9.99/month or $99/year depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
You can cancel any time from your account settings — two clicks, no phone call, no retention offer. Cancellation stops future charges. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if you're in your first 30 days of a paid subscription and something isn't working, email us at hello@autismanchor.com and we'll sort it out.
5. What we provide
Autism Anchor is an organizational tool. It helps you log, track, and find information about your child's care.
It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The pattern summaries in the Behavior Journal show correlations in your own data — they are observations, not clinical conclusions. Always work with your child's care team for medical decisions.
6. What we ask of you
Use Autism Anchor for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything that would harm others.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Autism Anchor running reliably. Occasionally we'll need to take it offline for maintenance — we'll give advance notice when planned. We're a small team and we can't guarantee 100% uptime, but we take reliability seriously because parents depend on this.
8. Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Autism Anchor after that means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect and we'll refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. For practical purposes, if you have a dispute with us, email us first at hello@autismanchor.com — we'd rather resolve it directly than through any formal process.
