Nobody hands you a system when they hand you the diagnosis.

Autism Anchor is the one place for your child's behaviors, IEP goals, insurance fights, and provider notes — so the next time someone asks you to prove it, you can. In thirty seconds.

No credit card. Cancel in two clicks. Your child's data is never sold, never shared, never used to train anything.

You already know this feeling

The meeting is in nine days.

You know the meltdowns have gotten worse since they moved his classroom in October. You've noticed it for weeks. You're sure of it.

But when they ask you "how often?" — you're going to say "um… a lot lately."

And then a room of seven professionals will make a decision about your child's education based on "a lot lately."

You have the information. It's in your head. In three text threads. In the Notes app. On the back of a pharmacy receipt. In a conversation you had with the ABA supervisor in a parking lot in March.

It's just not anywhere you can use it.

What it costs

Disorganized isn't a personality flaw. It's a bill.

Here's what it actually costs when the information exists but isn't reachable.

What happenedWhat it cost
A denied claim you didn't appeal in time. They gave you 60 days. You found the letter on day 71, under the mail pile, during a week he wasn't sleeping.
$2,400
A service that quietly vanished from the IEP.Speech was 60 minutes a week last year. This year's draft says 30. Nobody announced it — and you didn't have last year's open beside it.
30 min / wk
A neurologist appointment you waited five months for.You spent the first ten minutes of it trying to remember when the sleep problems started.
5 months
A babysitter who didn't knowthat the tag in the blue shirt is the reason he won't wear it. So the whole evening came apart, and you came home to it.
One evening
A conversation with your partnerwhere you both realized you had completely different accounts of how the last month went — and neither of you could prove it.
Trust
All of it recoverable$9.99 / month
The reframe

This was never a discipline problem. It's a staffing problem.

You are running four separate operations at once. In any other setting, these would be four people, four systems, four salaries, and a shared drive.

So no — you're not forgetting things because you're careless. You're forgetting things because you are the only server, and you have no backup. The reason it feels impossible is that it is impossible. Without a system built for it.

The solution

Autism Anchor is that system.

One place where everything about your child lives — and, more importantly, where it turns into something you can use. A pattern. A report. An appeal. A file you can hand across a table.

It's a working file for the hardest job you've ever been given.

Not a course you'll never finish
Not another community feed
Not a chart with confetti
A file that holds up in a meeting
Built for you. Not for your child.

Your child has therapists, teachers, doctors, and a team. You have a folder, a group chat, and your memory. We're here for you.

What's inside

Five things that do the remembering for you.

Available today, on every plan. No feature held back for a higher tier — you're already paying for enough tiers.

AA-101 · Behavior Journal

Log it in twenty seconds. See the pattern in six weeks.

Tap what happened, when, and what came right before it. That's the whole interaction — it has to survive a bad Tuesday. Six weeks later Autism Anchor shows you the thing you couldn't see from inside it, and gives you something to show the doctor that isn't "a lot lately."

AA-102 · IEP Command Center

Walk into the meeting with the file, not the feeling.

Every goal, every service minute, every accommodation — with your own logged data attached to each one. When they say a goal was met, open the log. When 30 minutes of speech quietly disappears from the draft, you'll see it, because last year's is sitting right next to it. Export the whole thing as a PDF the night before.

Never miss an appeal window again.

Log the claim, the denial, and the stated reason. Autism Anchor counts down the appeal deadline and warns you well before it closes. Every letter, reference number, and call log lives in one thread — because "I already sent that in September" only works if you can show them when.

Eleven providers. One place.

The developmental pediatrician, the OT, the SLP, the ABA supervisor, the school psychologist, the neurologist, the dentist who's willing to see him. Contacts, what was said last visit, what you meant to ask and forgot. Stop rebuilding your child's entire history from memory at every single appointment.

AA-105 · Emergency Profile Card

For the day you're not the one explaining.

One page: how your child communicates, what escalates him, what brings him down, what he takes, what to never do. Printable, shareable, QR-coded on a card in your wallet. For the ER, the responding officer, the substitute teacher, the grandparent — for the moment when you can't get there fast enough.

Communicates: AAC + short verbal
Escalates: restraint, sirens, bright light
Calms: low voice, space, weighted vest
Why it's different

Search "autism app." Count how many are for you.

You'll get hundreds of results. All of them for the child.

Almost nothing for the person coordinating eleven providers, two insurance plans, one school district, and a decade of paperwork — while also being the parent.

You are the case manager of your child's entire life. That job has never had a real tool.

What's coming

You're not buying what it does today.

Autism Anchor ships new work every month. Everything below is included at the price you lock in when you join — nothing gets moved behind a higher tier later.

Coming next
Stop being the only one who knows.

Your partner, your mom, the sitter, the ABA therapist — each one sees exactly what they need and nothing else. No more texts at 7pm asking what he eats.

Find out what the bad days have in common.

Log bedtime and wake-up in five seconds. We lay it beside your behavior log and show you the connection you always suspected but could never prove.

Leave the house with a plan.

Reusable prep lists for the dentist, the airport, the family wedding. What to pack, what to warn them about, and what the exit plan is if it goes sideways.

A check-in for you. Not for him.

One question a week about how you're actually holding up. You're the part of this system nobody is tracking, and the only part that can't be replaced.

Further out
Turn a denial into an appeal in ten minutes.

Paste in the denial letter. Autism Anchor pulls your logged data and provider notes and drafts the appeal for you to edit and send. What used to eat a weekend now takes one evening.

The document you keep meaning to write.

If something happened to you tomorrow, everything you know about your child lives only in your head. We'll walk you through putting it on paper, one question at a time.

The cliff nobody warns you about.

School services end at 21. Adult service waitlists run years long, and applications open far earlier than anyone tells you. We'll track what to file, when, and in what order.

Talk to a parent three years ahead of you.

Not a forum. Not a feed. One parent, matched by your child's age, diagnosis, and state — because someone already filed that exact waiver in your county.

Your price never goes up. Join at $9.99 today and everything above arrives at no extra cost. We'd rather grow slowly with the people who trusted us early.

We're new. Here's why we built it anyway.

Autism Anchor doesn't have a wall of testimonials yet, and we're not going to invent any.

What we have is 200+ hours inside autism parenting communities — reading what parents actually say when they think no professional is listening — and a product built line by line from those posts.

If it doesn't do what we said, cancel in two clicks and tell us why. We'll read it.

Questions

The things you're actually wondering.

Is my child's information safe?

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Never sold, never shared with insurers or schools, never used to train AI models. You can export everything or delete your account permanently at any time — and deletion means deletion.

Do I have to log every single day?

No. Log what you notice, when you notice it. The system works with whatever you give it — three entries a week still beats a memory and a receipt. There are no streaks, no guilt notifications, and nothing turns red when you miss a day. You have enough of that in your life.

I already use a notes app and a spreadsheet.

Then you already know the hard part isn't writing it down. It's finding it eight months later, connecting it to the sleep log, and turning it into a PDF that a school district will actually act on.

Can my partner or my mom use it too?

Shared caregiver access is coming next — multiple people, controlled permissions, so the babysitter sees the emergency profile but not the insurance file. It's the single most requested thing we heard while researching this, and it's the next thing we ship.

I'm not a tech person.

If you can send a text, you can use this. It opens in your browser — nothing to install, no app store, no updates. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app.

My child isn't diagnosed yet. We're still waiting.

Then this is the most useful time to start. The evaluation you're waiting on will ask you for exactly this: what you've observed, how often, and since when. Start logging now and you'll walk in with six months of evidence instead of a story.

There's another meeting coming.

An IEP. An evaluation. A re-authorization. A denial letter. A bad month you'll be asked to describe from memory.

There always is. That's the part nobody warned you about.

The only question is whether you walk into the next one holding all of it in your head — or holding the file.
